Selection Process

Please Note

Sponsorship and vendor spaces are limited. To keep the process fair across all levels, BHSC is accepting inquiries during an open window and will confirm sponsorships shortly after it closes, based on available space. We recommend inquiring early, as higher-tier sponsorships are limited in availability.

Inquiry Window: September 1, 2026 – December 4, 2026

Inquiries may be selected during or after the window based on availability. Once selected, payment is due promptly. Failure to submit payment in a timely manner will forfeit your spot, which will then be made available to other sponsors.

How Sponsorship Selection Works

Sponsorships are not awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. BHSC opens a defined inquiry window for all sponsorship levels. Once the window closes, selections are made based on available space, with priority given to limited-availability tiers (Diamond and Platinum). If you are not confirmed at your requested tier, our team may reach out with alternative options.

Why Is Availability Limited?
To protect the quality of the sponsor and vendor experience at the event, BHSC caps the number of tables and sponsorship slots at each level. This keeps the event experience strong for attendees and ensures every sponsor gets meaningful visibility.
