Bree Gordon is a powerful voice for women in leadership—a dynamic speaker, seasoned coach, and author with nearly 15 years of experience guiding individuals toward healing, growth, and purpose. As the founder of Win We Evolve Coaching and Consulting, Bree empowers women to break through limiting beliefs, cultivate bold confidence, and lead lives rooted in authenticity, freedom, and impact.
With a focus on women in nonprofit, education, mental health, and social impact spaces, Bree creates transformative workshops and keynotes that speak to the heart of leadership, self-worth, and sustainable personal development.


She is the author of Black Coffee: From Empty to Overflowing with Peace, Healing and Purpose, and a trusted voice for those looking to lead with both empathy and power.

Bree’s mission is clear: to help women evolve—not repeat—by equipping them with the mindset, healing, and leadership tools they need to lead themselves and others with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
