National Recovery Month

A Taste of Wellness

At Georgia’s Peer Support, Wellness, and Respite Centers, we know that Whole Health and Wellness can play an important part in successful long-term recovery from substance use, and good nutrition is an important part of total health.

Each year during National Recovery Month, Georgia’s Peer Support, Wellness, and Respite Centers host “A Taste of Wellness” events, where peers learn new ways to introduce wholesome and delicious foods into their diets. Each Center will have a different tasting menu, along with music, games, and other activities.

We hope you will be able to join us as we celebrate recovery and explore delicious new ways to approach wellness. Please contact the Center nearest you for more information.
