Just Another Lunatic
Riding on the short bus
Makes me stigmatized
Waiting in the smoking area
Telling all those lies
Pretending I am happy
As I sit alone and cry
Visions of a childhood
Broken and torn
Makes me wonder
Why I was born
Good intended people
Thinking they assist
And I'm still pondering
Why do I exist
Putting on a front
I escape their scrutiny
Just another lunatic
Dying to be free

~ g
Black and Red Red and Black
As you lie there
Your life's blood oozing from your body
The light in your eyes flicker
No longer hearing the angels calling
You are still surrounded by the living
You want to leave this place
So hungry so diseased
You are a crumb on a platter
In the flotsam and jetsam of existence
Repulsive and repugnant
Still searching for decency
You look towards the sky

He is running scared,
In the light it is dark for him because he cannot see.
Blinded by hate,
Sightless because of predjudice.
Afraid of himself.
Who hurt you so bad you strike out at me?
For I too am afraid and alone.
Touch my mind,
Listen to my thoughts.
Just once.
You may find a friend,
or
You could destroy one.
