Creating the Dream: Lives in the Community
highlights the importance of developing a “hope-based” system of care that supports a recovery-conducive environment for Georgian's with mental illness & addictive diseases. Further, it promotes community based services with emphasis on full participation in every community for persons with developmental disabilities.

A tribute to Gwen Skinner, followed by a dessert reception
